Pisang

Lets talk about banana or even better fried banana atau pisang goreng .....


First and foremost this whole week I haven't been well it started with the knee pain after 3 days it subsided with painkiller and the last 2 days again feeling unwell.On thursday I felt like bloated and had that choking sensation like your throat is blocked so the minute I reach my working place I drank a can of coke ..sorry bad example but I need to burp to get rid of that bloated feeling...it works.Yesterday again had funny feeling like getting tired easily and climbing 1 floor up so breathless - adoi aunty nurse .... so this morning I went to see the doctor at my neighbourhood.He checks my blood pressure slightly up than usual maybe stress and probably I was coughing too.He listens to my lung and its clear - cikmilah nothing to worry ya my lung clear but heart tak tau lah tak buat ECG......and do you know nurses makes the worst patient!!! pandai bagi nasihat bila sendiri sakit degil....hehehe


On the way home I bought pisang kapok/kepok I don't know what you call it in Malaysia......






This is the pisang kapok/kepok ..... now you tell me what you call them in Malaysia.




I fried 6 of them using rice flour only .........




then I pour over some chocolate over it ...... remember I went to Batam for the staff conference? well on the second day we were served goreng pisang something like this and its so presentable .... unlike mine too big .. theirs was cut thinly and fried like a fan.

and dessicated coconut were sprinkled-something like the above .......

close-up but sorry ah I am not a good cake decorater like cikmilah or yeen of madame-cupcakes... I am an amateur ..... but who cares 4 of that goreng pisang dah habis I makan pun......hahahaha..... will eat the last 2 later.
