My gourmet class

Today is my gourmet class of nasi lemak to these students 16 of them in total ..... it was alhamdulillah a success .. the boys with 2 girls were indeed very helpful.They help to peel the onions etc ... and they have to do their own omelette their style as they wished ... surprisingly I have more students from China keen to learn malay cooking.The chili isn't spicy at all knowing me I can't take hot stuff.. so the sambal ikan bilis is just nice for them.

My little helper Sophie just love her blue eyes ... she is Joanna Mcdonald little girl who just came back from school.

The end result of the nasi lemak ....... the chicken I just grill them in the oven ... malas nak goreng2 .... hehehe ... no omelette on my plate .... as the students used up all the eggs.

After the nasi lemak they were talking of other recipes ... looks like aunty nurse will be stuck teaching them cooking.
