6th sense ... when Huda finally arrived at 8.30pm empty handed when she suppose to get certain stuff .... notti girl rite?... I started doing them soon after maghrib and I did .....

Next I did the above and this time I use whip cream and sour cream and it tastes just like ice cream ..... hehe ... yes I lick the bowl with my fingers ..... haven't decide what topping to do yet as Huda gone down to the supermart to get something...will update on that later.

Ok this is what Huda did to the cheese cake .....
Since I have more of the cream I fill the little cases that I bought sometimes ago which was meant to do fruit tarts but didn't get around to do it.
Big sisters and 6 small sisters ........

adoi.. besarnya your bite.. itu macam 3/4 of the cake... kat cold storage sini tak jual base dialah so kenalah buat breadcrumb sendiri..apa susah bibik ada suruh dia tumbuk je creamcrackers tu kan hehehe

oh kat sana tak jual the base ye...the one sold here is of graham's biscuit and we can get it at most big supermart...selling at $4.95

talk about base ni kan.. kat US selalu kawan neeza buat cheesecake. beli aje base kat grocery store. handy betul. Kat sini, semua nak buat sendiri. Bila buat sendiri, neeza letak tebal base tu sebab neeza suka! hehee..

nak buat sendiri tu bolih tapi since ada yg dah siap apa lagi vit M pun dtg lah...dia ada 2 type graham's biscuit or chocolate base..tu yg sedap:)tapi kekadang takde so angkut apa yg ada..ni offer $3.95...kalau nak buat kena beli digestive biscuits,butter dah berapa?...baik beli dah siap....haha
