Tetamu jauh

Malam ni saya ada tetamu dari seberang yang sudi datang kerumah untuk bertemu kali kedua...
saya mmg ambil cuti 2 hari jadi dapat lah masak sedikit untuk menjamu.Ingatkan nak bertemukan lagi satu blogger yang juga ada di Singapore tapi malang nya dia nak pulang ptg ni takpe lah tak rezeki nak jumpa mungkin dia pun banyak prog sampai tak sempat bertemu saya.


Pepagi saya dah kepasar dan tak tau apa nak menjamu bila dia dan keluarga dtg nanti .... lama juga memikirkan apa menu yek? dan akhir nya saya masak lauk pauk raya makan ngan lontong .....


Lontong ....

sambal goreng ......

cili prawns....

sayur lodeh .....

rendang ayam .....

kejap lagi nak goreng bergedil pulak ...

saya akan update dan tunjuk sape tetamu saya mlm ni ok...... hehehe.... dan saya menjemput 2 bloggers tempatan untuk bersama makan2 insya'allah dan harap mereka akan datang.

School Holiday

Today is 3rd day of school break and to tell you the truth I do miss those kids ...... life is lonely without them coming to see you and greet hello aunty nurse I am not feeling well.....

Every morning and afternoon I don't see the school van norm at 3.30pm and 4.30pm the school van will be waiting to fetch the children back to the dormitory.You don't see the BMW's or Lexus or Merc or even the japanese cars waiting in the parking lot waiting for the children.....life is just too quiet now except for Year 4 taking the IGCSE chinese paper.The yr 6 students who come back for extra classes.

and I walk to the games park no one playing ball and the hall is deserted too ..... and this will go on till school reopen on July 7th .....

Most of the foreign students are away balik kampong ....

Taiwan,China,Philippines,Indonesia,Malaysia,Vietnam and Russia and every where else except those who have gone for survice trip to Cambodia,Thailand and Indonesia.A batch of 25 left yesterday for Africa trip and hope they will be ok.

To pass the time I do some reading the novels I bought during the pesta buku finally come in handy ......

I will be on leave wednesday and thursday maybe walk down Orchard Rd for the GSS ...... hahaha

Looks like many of my Malaysian friends are away on vacation too ..... sunyi pulak blogland.

Sutera yg menggeram kan....

Hari ni kami di undang adik lelaki saya pergi makan nasi bryani and murtabak di Arab St tapi sebelum tu saya bersama Aini sempat pergi mencari kain sutera ... alang2 basah biar basah kuyup sekali ..... mmg tak jauh kedai2 kain ni dari tempat yg kami nak pergi makan.

Aini's feberet silk shop tu Bobby mmg mengila bila masuk mata jadi rambang ...... tengok lah.....

Berbagai2 sutera yg dari Thailand pure and raw dan juga dari India ........

Ingat tak ummi365 ada memberi saya kain masa hari jadi saya?jadi saya nak cari silk untuk kain dia jadi dapat lah saya buat 2 helai baju .... itu pun kalau cukup kain nya .... maklum lah badan XL size ni kekadang kain ela tak mencukupi......

Saya lupa pulak membawa kain untuk di pasangkan jadi ikut hati lah mencari warna pink .... ada yg gelap ada yg terang ... eh mana satu ye yg match?.... akhir nya saya pilih yg warna di bawah ....

Cam mana matching tak?satu meter S$20/-saya beli raw silk kalau pure silk 3 ply satu meter S$28/-

Lepas habis beli kain kami pun tuju ke ..........

tempat di atas ........... semua yg hadir 20 orang termasuk kanak2 ..... riuh pun bolih tahan .... dan yg menyambut hari lahir in May and June ..... Happy Birthday.

Ni saya tapau balik untuk makan esok di tempat kerja ..... no school no canteen.

Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh the school holiday begins and the next 5 weeks its going to be very quiet time in school except for those taking the exams and those coming back for extra classes esp the IGCSE and IB candidates.
Our school holiday at ACSInternational from 29th May till 5th July ...... hahaha .... happy..happy.


Today is parents meet teachers session from 8.30am till 6pm .... and prefects are ushers to the parents showing them where to go etc ..... fingers picking food are provided for parents all day.Soon after I arrived at 8.45am an unexpected injury happened ....


One prefect Mariska anak Indonesia fell from the staircase as she was coming down from the hall and one front tooth got dislodge and hanging ... it was a shock for her so you can imagine the cry and chaos ... and thank god her parents came yesterday for the meeting session and we brought her to their personal dentist at Mt Elizabeth Hospital and had it implanted straight away.Poor Mariska she won't be able to eat the next few days and she is supposed to lead the service trip to Jogja on Tuesday but looks like she is grounded now.She is lucky she didn't injure her pretty face.


Today once again we had makan2 lah .... just the other day we had lunch from the PSP .... SEKOLAH NI MMG TAK HABIS BAGI KITA MAKAN .......

I didn't get the chance to snap pictures of the dessert as everyone were crowding round the table then ......
