Long leave

Salam and sorry for being away for long period again.I am now on 5 weeks leave and 2 weeks gone by already and nothing done except eat and sleep.There are 101 things that I am suppose to do but there's always tomorrow and by the look of things even by end of the 5th week it will still be there!!!

I have to clear my leave as I can't carry forward to next year and this is the best time end of the year.Life with Billy has been good and it has been 1 year since I adopted Billy.We are still learning each others language and so far I can read his mind....hahaha

Little Suzzie arrival is delayed apparently she has the flu and we don't want Billy to get it from her and to play safe hence the delay.Her penthouse is all ready awaiting her arrival.

She will isolated from Billy first and hopefully will have no problem with Billy in accepting her so she won't be in the cage for long.

My youngest brother has done some comic strips on Billy and here are the 3 he did for me so far am thinking of making them into 2011 calendar.

Our first anniversary

A year has passed since Billy came into my life and it has been a wonderful year.From a person who was not only scared but also feels eek towards feline I've learnt to love them as each day went by.

He may not speak my language but all the same I understand his language when he wants things and he knows and listen when I talk to him.

He understands simple command and it brings me happiness:)

My second month with him was a difficult month when he decides to pee on my comforter few occassions ,

the frustration I got when I came home from work and almost wanted to give him up!

I perservere and gave him a second chance rather than sending him back to the cattery.

As the days,weeks and months went by I learn that he is one very sensitive cat who wants his way.

He is naughty at times and did something which he shouldn't have done but he is afterall a cat.

He is there looking at me with a sad look before I leave for work and he is there to welcome me home from work

with his 'maa...aa' greetings and stretch himself on the floor for me to love him with a rub on his neck.

He is my alarm clock even during the month of Ramadhan he will wake me up at the dot 4.30am and he will also has his morning meal with me at 5am.

Nothing in this world will I trade him for another.

He is my COMPANION in good and bad times.

He is my LOVER at bedtime - sleeping in his tray on my bed.

All I ask for on this first anniversary that god will grant us,

Many more happy years together .. insya'allah.

He is there every morning to greet me 'good morning Maa...a'

and I will always be there for you Billy and mummy love you :)

Selamat hari raya

First of all here's wishing everyone Selamat Hari Raya in few days time,since I'm in the mood to blog might as well do it otherwise god knows when????

Nothing much prepared this time round I don't feel like celebrating at all but I guess I still have to do the cooking as usual for the first day as everyone will be coming over being the eldest of the family.

It will be Billy first raya too with me and am yet to buy a nice tees for him to wear :) even though he is only a cat but he deserves to celebrate too afterall he does fast on certain days.Billy make sure you also get angpow ya....hehee

Billy had his first taste of cat grass today and he loves it ... I took the plant away and he was looking for it in the kitchen.

This is how he sleeps but most time he curls himself ... he is my alarm clock for pre dawn breakfast at the dot 4.30am he will wake me up and in the month of ramadhan he too has an early breakfats of tuna at 5am.

The teacher's and staff day lunch as usual was provided by the parents support group and this year its japanese.Lovely yummy food but I don't go for sushi esp when its wrap in seaweed it makes me want to throw - the smell of it.

The main dish was bento set - mine as requested is chicken.

This is Billy with Shekin and Amira when they came on wednesday bringing dinner for me from their mom ... nasi minyak and ayam korma which is yummylicious.

SELAMAT HARI RAYA DAN MAAF ZAHIR BATIN

Its been a long time

Salam to all and Ramadhan Kareem too and I have been too lazy to blogs hop or even writing an entry no other excuse but pure laziness.

Nevertheless I had visitors from blogger friends this year alhamdulillah and been to KL again to attend a cousin's wedding in July.

The Jellanie clans 80% attended the wedding in July in KL ,we left on saturday morning and in time for the ceremony and the 6 Jellanie siblings all stayed 1 night in KL but in different hotels.As usual we did nothing but eat and shop:) esp the hotel I stayed is just opposite the Pavillion at The Marriots.We left on sunday soon after lunch and got home after we stopped in JB for dinner.

A visit from Rina with hubby Anuar which actually was a surprise for me.Anuar did inform me he will be in Sg for an inspection of the plant and on the day he was to visit me with ole2 from Saudi he called and said a friend would like to join too:) and that 'friend' was actually Rina who was hiding by the wall next to the gate!! SURPRISE.....hahaha .... notti notti lucky I didn't get a heart attack.

I also had the honour of this young man Dr Jhaz visit and he stayed with with me for 3 nights with my nephew in house.Jhaz love Billy from the way he treated him and I am glad Billy has a companion whilst I am at work.Jhaz of course also did lots of sight seeing during the day in his short visits.Thank you Jhaz sudi tinggal ngan aunty mohom maaf kalau tak dapat layanan 5* ya.

I will be adopting this cutie soon once I have a longer weekend I will bring Suzzy home as she needs monitoring to introduce Billy to her.I hope Billy is agreeable and will be a good brother to her.

Another surprise from my dear friend from Perth ... so many suprises indeed this year.Kay and hubby Victor came to visit her mom before going to HK to stay with her sister.Her sister called me at work and said she has something for me from Perth and ask what time I knock off from work.When the receptionist told me someone looking for me I was expecting the sister and instead I saw Kay and Victor.....uwah lucky no heart attack also....she brought with her my favourite vindaloo rempah and tees....thank you Kay.

Then its Salwa and family visit as well ... the purple family ... hehehe ... beautiful children who loves cat just like the father Nasrul.Thank you for coming to visit me and do come again ye jangan serik.
