I now have 3 sons - 3 Abdul

2 years ago if you ask me to go near a cat I will shiver and no way will I touch it now thing have changed I can cuddle and kiss them and from 1 I now have 3 'I ask for it!'...in 2009 it took me months before I said YES to have Billy as her ex family no longer want him.It was a big decision I made and it took courage to finally agree to it and I can tell you now loud and clear I HAVE NO REGRETS:)

Having him in the house makes a lot of different I no longer feel lonely at night he is always there waiting for me to come home from work and waiting to be pampered.We played chase the red dot and catching the 'bird' and he is my alarm clock waking me up dot at 5am and no matter how tired I was I will grant his command!Even during Ramadhan he seems to know he will wake me up at 4.30 for my sahur.

After a year with me comes Jingga my 2nd son in December 2010 after an SOS from CW if I can foster but meeting him first time was like love at first sight if only he's my hero .. hahaha... from a babe now a 7 month little tiger,and from a mere 1kg in weight he has blown to almost 4kg within 3 months.He is full of energy only sleep few hours during the day and that also a very short nap.At times when I am home he will take longer nap of 2-3 hrs at stretch maybe because he is sleeping next to me.A darling very lovable too always wanting your attention and love walking side by side that few times I almost trip on him.Love to go undercover from comforter to rugs and even his little bed.Enjoys eating always asking for more:)

Now barely 5 months I am taking another an abandonee I found downstairs who is very friendly and manja and hence I name him Manja.One morning as I was leaving for work at 6.45am he whimpers calling for my attention,he sat on all fours in a corner on the ground floor he looks so pityful and I happen to have kibbles in my bag and fed him and I ask the pakcik who cleans the block to help throw the bowl for me as I have to rush to work and that evening was raining heavily as I came out of the cab I saw him sitting under the bench and once again gave him the balance kibbles in my bag.I have no bowl so I used an envelope from my mail to put his meal .On and off I see him and when he sees me he will run to me eventhough an uncle has given him kibbles along with some other cats that the uncle is feeding.Manja is like waiitng for me sometimes but last week I was working late didn't reach home till 7.45pm so didn't get to see him.Friday morning he was there and a makcik was also feeding him but ran to me and like an excited kid waiting to see what I ahve in my bag...yes fussie cat for him and the rest is history put him in my carrier and had him neutured and vaccinated etc..etc... Can I bear to put him back on the street after neuturing him?its a shame neither will I send him for boarding awaiting adoption and how if no one want to adopt him?so another big decision I decide to keep him as my 3rd son.

Long leave

Salam and sorry for being away for long period again.I am now on 5 weeks leave and 2 weeks gone by already and nothing done except eat and sleep.There are 101 things that I am suppose to do but there's always tomorrow and by the look of things even by end of the 5th week it will still be there!!!

I have to clear my leave as I can't carry forward to next year and this is the best time end of the year.Life with Billy has been good and it has been 1 year since I adopted Billy.We are still learning each others language and so far I can read his mind....hahaha

Little Suzzie arrival is delayed apparently she has the flu and we don't want Billy to get it from her and to play safe hence the delay.Her penthouse is all ready awaiting her arrival.

She will isolated from Billy first and hopefully will have no problem with Billy in accepting her so she won't be in the cage for long.

My youngest brother has done some comic strips on Billy and here are the 3 he did for me so far am thinking of making them into 2011 calendar.

Our first anniversary

A year has passed since Billy came into my life and it has been a wonderful year.From a person who was not only scared but also feels eek towards feline I've learnt to love them as each day went by.

He may not speak my language but all the same I understand his language when he wants things and he knows and listen when I talk to him.

He understands simple command and it brings me happiness:)

My second month with him was a difficult month when he decides to pee on my comforter few occassions ,

the frustration I got when I came home from work and almost wanted to give him up!

I perservere and gave him a second chance rather than sending him back to the cattery.

As the days,weeks and months went by I learn that he is one very sensitive cat who wants his way.

He is naughty at times and did something which he shouldn't have done but he is afterall a cat.

He is there looking at me with a sad look before I leave for work and he is there to welcome me home from work

with his 'maa...aa' greetings and stretch himself on the floor for me to love him with a rub on his neck.

He is my alarm clock even during the month of Ramadhan he will wake me up at the dot 4.30am and he will also has his morning meal with me at 5am.

Nothing in this world will I trade him for another.

He is my COMPANION in good and bad times.

He is my LOVER at bedtime - sleeping in his tray on my bed.

All I ask for on this first anniversary that god will grant us,

Many more happy years together .. insya'allah.

He is there every morning to greet me 'good morning Maa...a'

and I will always be there for you Billy and mummy love you :)

Here's wishing everyone a happy mother's day may you be mother to 2 legged or 4 legged we are still mummy to them :)

First of all my apology for abandoning my daily happenings maybe I should change it to my monthly happenings .... ever since I am more active on FB the blog have been neglected and I also didn't do much travelling to other blogs too.

So if you don't visit them they too won't visit you for sure ....

I am happy that I adopted Billy he is such an adorable cat that I am giving him all attention and love to him .... life is never the same anymore - eventhough I don't speak his lingo he seems to understand what I am talking about....hahaha

Time spent with him is unmeasureable .... he comes to you when he's been called and answer you with his meow ... I seem to be able to understand him now:)

He is very playful at his young age always wanting to surprise me with his chases and coming to snuggle against you not for food but for a good rub-rub.

Foodwise I only cook during the weekend and will be eating them through the week and sometimes I just dropby the stalls and tapau for dinner.

4 months gone by

Its been 4 months since Billy came into my life and I can't believe that I survive this far ... I almost wanted to give him up at a point but after 2nd thought why not give him a chance.....I did have my ups and down when he first came as I am not used to having a cat ... fyi I am not into cats or any furry animals...I will go erks!but now everything change I can even hug and kiss him:)

I hope to have many more months and years with him - he is a doll:)Now I worry when his food is finishing that I ended stocking them like there's no tomorrow....hahaha

Infact his meals are more expensive than my daily meals:) $$ I can find but his love ain't easy to look for.

Insya'allah I hope we will always be together till one of us depart.

Is that me mummy?

Seeing is believing and thats how Billy felt last night when I showed him the paper that publish his story.

The way he looks at the paper seem as though he knows thats all about him rite? but actually to get his attention to look at the paper need a bit of coaxing too.

Billy if you are proud that you are in the paper mummy is even more proud that mummy's name is there too:)

Billy mengeratkan kejiranan

Ini ada lah gambar Billy selepas menerima buah tangan dr jiran sebelah rumah semalam.Saya sudah hampir 15 tahun tinggal di-sini dan ini kali pertama jiran sebelah memberi limau dan kuih bangkit ... alhamdulillah.

Semenjak saya mengambil Billy 3 bulan yg lalu jiran sebelah hampir hari2 akan berhenti di depan gate dan berbual sama Billy... auntieA akan melayanBilly dan juga anak perempuan beliau yg akan kenalkan sebagai chieh-chieh....kedua mereka memang takut kucing tapi menengguh sape pada Billy dan si Billy pun apa lagi menunjukkan lagak dia berpusing2 konon nak menunjukkan dia pandai:)

AuntyA panggil auntyB di sebelah kiri saya untuk datang berjumpa Billy dan skg bila auntyB dan suami keluar rumah mereka akan ngintip tengok Billy ada menunggu di gate tak kalau ada mereka panggil nya dan mula lah Billy buat gymnastic nya.

Pada mlm raya cina minggu lepas chieh chieh datang mengusik Billy dan saya pelawa dia masuk ke rumah walaupun dia takut dengan kucing atau mungkin geli tapi dia memberanikan diri untuk mendokong Billy untuk saya mengambil gambar nya.Sejam kemudian saya membawa Billy kerumah mereka untuk memberikan gambar yg sudah saya print beserta 2 biji limau sebagai adat chinese new year.

Petang semalam genap seminggu orang Hokkien sambut raya dan auntieA menghantar anak lelaki nya untuk memberi bag yg berisi 2 biji limau dan sebotol kuih bangkit .. terperanjat juga saya pasal tak pernah menerima apa2 dari mereka.

Ni agak nya Billy yg mengeratkan siratul rahim antara jiran-jiran.Thank you Billy boy.

Cuti dah habis

Cuti tahun baru Cina hampir penghujung nya 4 hari lepak di rumah - tak kemana takde tujuan dan 4 hari diam di rumah cuma tadi pagi baru keluar ke pasar dan dapat membeli sedikit stock untuk freezer dan roti untuk sarapan pagi.

Apa yg saya buat selama 4 hari? sebetul nya lutut kiri saya dah 2 minggu ketat sekali susah nak berjalan atau melangkah jauh .... clinic hari masih tutup ingat nak beli muscle relaxtant biar longgar sikit....takpe lah kena lah tunggu hingga esok.

4 hari bermain dgn Billy suka nya dia saya di rumah pasal dapat tido di katil saya sinag hari .....berdepan dgn kipas angin dan bila panas sangat saya on aircond wah bukan main baring di kerusi berhadapan dgn hawa dingin agak best nya rasa nya.

Pagi tadi bila keluarkan $$ dari ATM dekat pulak dgn gerai ni jadi apa lagi mmg lama tak makan beli lah sebungkus untuk sarapan pagi..alhamdulillah.

Ada juga gerai di pasar yg sudah bermula menjual sempat saya sauk mee laksa dan taugeh beserta fishball untuk makan hari ni saya masak laksa nyonya.

Kuih putu piring yg saya beli untuk sarapan tadi .... bau daun pandan yg di kukus dgn kelapa parut sungguh wangi.


Sampai di sini untuk hari ni hingga berjumpa lagi

Another week

One week gone by since I last made an entry....lazy bug hit me with blogging now and if any of you want to see more of me just add me at FaceBook I am more alive there :)

Another busy week at work since its our 1st week of school begins ... more dats for me to input with expanding number of students and thank god the sickbay wasn't too busy yet.What the followings will bring only god knows.

OMG 7 days gone by ...

Oh wow 7 days gone by and what have I done this whole week? except for looking after Billy and going to work nothing much been done....except I managed to get a new handphone Samsung Omnia11 no regrets getting it as I can logon to FB from work with my mobile....hehehe....as you know the school block few websites.




with the new mobile I've been taking lots of Billy's picture with it and also his video recording.....above Billy watching his own video.

Sunday's brunch of nasi lemak

Sunday morning after reading wanmommy's menu of nasi lemak I decide to have that too for brunch .... only mine is just a simple one - ok since its just for myself.





just sambal eggs with mixed stir fry veges and ikan bilis ..... heaven to me



Everytime I do my washing Billy get very excited as he loves the flow of the water from the darinage.....lately my direct drainage always get choked so now I just let it drain into the washroom as the washroom is hardly in use now unless I have guests in the house.

Christmas day with Billy

Its 3 days to our 1 month being together and thank god Billy adjusted well with me,he will come to me when he needs something 'that if I understand cat language'....hehe

I did some baking again in my oven toaster and this time I did the moist cake as below....

I top some of them with chocolate glaze .....

Happy 1 month anniversary darling ... but too bad you can't eat the cake just ...sniff...sniff ... only.

ok first time he run into the wardrobe and nestled himself.....

when I was busy baking I found him fast asleep on my lappie in my room ..... poor Billy.

Saturday 19th evening the buddies came to visit with Billy new litter bin ... and I prepared mee siam for dinner and almond jelly with longans for dessert.
