Pedometer

Steps for a healthy heart and thats what I was given yesterday to try on or rather to keep and use it daily.

I am suppose to walk up to 10,000 steps a day to fulfill it so lets see ah if I can do it ... but as you know I have been sitting down trying to complete my students datas .... aiyo .. let see..let see .....

After trying it for 2 hrs yesterday I'd only managed 1400 steps .... must do better than that today.....






The meter I have to clip at my waist band of my pants .....

It must reach to 10,000 by 6pm today .....

Merah & Meriah part 3

My tight schedule in KL went uneventful at least I get to visit the 'pesta buku' ... I went with Mas and mind you I can't stand crowded places so I promise myself that I should just get what I want and leave ..... yes the place was so crowded that I couldn't breathe the oxygen at all .... people every where ........ but I managed to get hold these 5 novels only and should I stayed longer I probably will buy the whole place ..... hahahaha...

The beautiful Anis Ayuni ...... bought her latest book too.

My favourite all time novelist .... who else Aisya Sofea .... as promised we get to meet each other ... thank you so much my dear for being there .... but where is my AF ?????

Here's Aina Emir another novelist and I bought 3 of her books too ....

I had to leave the hall as I felt like I can't breathe and I was sweating ......

hahaha .... trying to copy their 'best' sign .......

I went into the cafe for a drink and sat there whilst Mas went in to browse ... hmmm.... she too is a book worm ......

When she came out she bought this set of books with few others ..... few hundreds ringgit terbangggggggg........

On Sunday Mas has to be in KK for the sultan birthday celebration as Concorde was chosen and all the management staff have to be present.

Sweet Dodie took care of me after we had breakfast at the melting pot we went back up to our room and continue with our nap .... and finally checked out around 2pm and headed for the PV for lunch.My first time trying laksa curry ... not bad.... but laksa nyonya would be better :) since we had time to kill we browse around and drop by a shop ...............

Guess what's in thet bag? ...... you wouldn't believe it ............. I spent ............

RM$326/- on these .........

Korean DVD ...... hahaha.....

and also these 2 ..................



hehe .... wouldn't it be better if I buy blouses from Ms Read? actually dah beli juga on the first nite also spent RM$398 .... on 3 blouses ... hehe



At 3.40pm we left PV and Dodie drove straight to the coach pick-up point and off I go at 4.30pm .... to home sweet home Singapore ....






Listening to the inhouse music during the journey and I watched 'Mamamia the movie' again ... my 3rd time .....





whilst si hensem ni serve our meals ........ aah he should be flying with SIA or MAS lah with his good look .......... betul tak Sya?

Merah & Meriah part 2

The gathering ends at around 6.15pm soon after the lucky draw was held .... everyone starts to hug again but this time no more tears ..... I am prepared now but don't you think the time is too short? I didn't get to talk long with everyone of you ... aiyo macam ni kena buat lagi satu gathering nampak nya ... hahahaha .... mesti banyak yang anggok2 ni dan bertanya bila????

Not so soon kena isi pocket first penuh2 baru bolih kesana lagi ......

Since I find time was not enough cikmilah and me with suhaila and mas sat at starbuck for a cool drink and extend our meeting there ... then followed by ummi365 but she didn't stay long as the 2 at home have no food for dinner.

Here we are with our most needed cold drinks after all the yak..yak... kat dalam tadi....hahaha...

I left with my 2 escorts for Ampang for another meeting for dinner this time with makandeh and her brood for a 8pm dinner date at KDE ... a nice place and we chat and had dinner till almost 10pm...unfortunately ummi couldn't get the green light from dad as the children will be left alone ...maybe next time ummi you get to meet MA.

Thank you MA for the dinner and finding time for me ... you have lovely children infact a very well behave children.

My plan that night was to stay with mas and dodie at SA but then Mas has to be in Kuala Kangsar that morning for Sultan Perak's birthday and she has to leave at 5.15am.I just don't have a heart to let her drive back and forth at that early hours .... so in the end I ask her to book for me a room at Concorde instead and she and dodie stay with me so she doesn't need to drive back and come again in the wee morning.

Our room to share with extra bed ..... very comfortable big and spacious .... and with good view from the 16th floor.

It comes with breakfast for 2 .... so much to eat and choose .........

Then extended meeting from Marche' to starbuck wasn't enough so she came to the hotel for another extended meeting ..... hahaha

Ummi came to visit whilst we were having breakfast to pass me a bag for Norabella .....

Thank you dear bloggers for all your cenderahati and presents ... even maklang c/o me an RE pouch thru' ummi .. thank you maklang ye.

Once again thank you from the bottom of my heart .... and hope to see you again sometimes but please don't bother abt giving anything just meet up and chat ok ?

Bloggers meeting for second time within 2 weeks was indeed a real happening makcik2,pakcik and adik2 from the bottom of my heart my sincere thank you for making time to be there at Marche' @ the curve.




Bloggers and children a group photo session ... it ain't easy to get everyone's cooperation to smile and keep still and ada juga yg terselindung sampai muka tak nampak ...kesian kak ezza.


My special thanks to cikmilah who drives all the way from Penang to be with us .... and this one lady who made me cry of joy (yes ummi365 caught me in action).... meeting cikmilah for the first time gave me an impact that tears just rolled down....we chat,sms and each other comfort in time of needs so often and exchange opinions and it was suppose to be a surprise to all who are present and instead it backfired onto me.... now you know I am a softie:)

My manageress who organised everything for me for this gathering .... thank you Ina for the good job done IOU one ....hahaha ..... and please don't send in your resignation to step down.

To Raden Galoh my icon blogger who went through so much with her battle of cancer of the breast .... Congrats sis on your book and thank you for making time to meet me and other bloggers too.RG will be launching her book 20th April at the book fair at PWTC at 2pm do go and give your support.

To kak nong,tulipurple and kaklady who were lucky to win some lucky draw ...... its a small gifts from me only as a token of appreciation for finding time to be with all of us.

And to my 2 young 'daughters' Mas and Dodie thank you so much for taking care of me the last 3 days ferrying me around and keeping me company.Next time you 2 are here in Sg I will take good care of you both as you did to me.
